The aim is to understand how constitutional and economic guidelines can be adjusted to ensure that autistic people have access to decent and inclusive employment opportunities, as well as being able to cover their basic expenses and, in this way, have dignity in their lives. The research was carried out through a critical review of national and international legislation, based on the analysis of legislation related to the topic and various nuances of the inclusion of people with disabilities, with emphasis on autistic people, and statistics on the participation of autistic people in job market. The main challenges faced by these people and their families in relation to their professional area were also discussed. The integration of autistic people into the job market is a significant challenge, due to stigma, lack of accessibility, preparation and inadequate policies. Despite legal standards and advances in human rights, practical reality reveals a gap between theory and practice. It is necessary to review and improve policies to ensure dignity and equal opportunities for autistic people, reflecting the promise of the Federal Constitution to promote well-being and social justice. With this study, he realized the importance of aligning the economic order with the principle of human dignity, according to art. 170 of the Federal Constitution, in order to guarantee minimum conditions of dignified life for all people, since the economic order must be seen not only as a system of production and distribution, but as a means of guaranteeing dignified conditions for all citizens, respecting everyone's needs. It was identified that the dignity of autistic people at work is compromised by barriers such as prejudice, lack of adaptations, non-inclusive environments and managers' lack of preparation to work with these people. The intersection between the economic order and human dignity, in the context of autistic people, reveals an ethical and social challenge. Collaboration between governments, companies and civil society is necessary to promote real changes and ensure fair opportunities for autistic people, conditions to meet their needs and, above all, a dignified view.
