The general objective was to analyze the perceptions of female public servants of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO), who are mothers, regarding the telework modality, especially during their children's childhood. The Court of Justice of the State of Goiás was delimited as the focus of this research, allowing for a more in-depth and specific analysis of the topic. The research used a qualitative approach, with a basic and descriptive nature. Data collection was carried out through interviews with a semi-structured script. The research subjects were ten permanent female public servants of the TJGO, mothers of children up to twelve years of age, who performed their activities in a telework regime, partially or totally. The data were analyzed using the Content Analysis technique, according to Bardin. The results show that the telework regime at TJGO is marked by ambivalence. The main challenges identified relate to the reduction of socio-professional interaction and work overload, while the flexibility of schedules provided by teleworking stands out as the main benefit. However, it is concluded that the benefits outweigh the disadvantages, proving to be an important support for female employees to reconcile career and motherhood in the contemporary context. Future studies with participants from heterogeneous family configurations are suggested. The social relevance of this study is based on the analysis of the situation of women in the public service, given their increasing participation in the sector.ptTeletrabalhoMaternidadeServidoras públicasBem-estar laboral
