In recent decades, the volume of demands has expanded at a rate greater than the capacity to respond to traditional structures, evidencing the need for organizational solutions capable of dealing with complex process flows and increasingly greater demands. Nesse cenário, or judicial power, sought alternatives that transcend simple adoption of technologies, incorporating management strategies and internal reorganization that allow greater rationality, standardization and administrative efficiency. It is in this context that emerges the Jurisdi-tional Processing Units (UPJs), conceived as an innovative model of judicial unification, aimed at restructuring two work flows, at the centralization of previously fragmented activities and at the otimi-zação of the work force. The study focuses on investigating: How do the servers of UPJ Cível in the Goiânia Region perceive the results of the implementation of the current UPJ model, considering its impacts on process efficiency, as well as the organizational and managerial aspects that demand emphasis to enhance its functioning? The research aimed to analyze the perception of manegers at the Civil Judivial Unit of the Goiânia District regarding the results stemming from the implementation of the current UPJ model, considering its impacts on process efficiency, as well as the organizational and managerial aspects that require improvement to enhance its operation. The research adopts a qualitative and descriptive approach, based on bibliographic review and semi-structured interviews carried out with servers who experience directly the operationalization of the unit. The methodology privileges the active analysis of these professionals, seeking to capture their impressions on the efficiency of the new structure, the impact on the processing of processes, the clarity of the processes, the standardization of the procedures and the dynamics of people management and processes. The study's results indicate that announcements of organizational restructuring tend to produce positive effects on the perception of the financial market, especially in the short term. The research demonstrates that such processes are frequently interpreted as signs of strategic alignment with the logic of creating value for shareholders. However, the authors observe that the effective performance gains are not always confirmed in the long term.
