Dissertação (Mestrado em Função Social do Direito) – Faculdade Autônoma de Direito, São Paulo, 2024.http://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/561This is a study related to the activities of the Auxiliary Court in Enforcement of Judgments of the Labor Court of the 2nd Region, from its conception to the present day, bringing the constitutional, legal and normative principles that led to the projects designed according to the debtor's possibilities and needs, always protecting the interests of the creditor. Dealing with the panorama of enforcement judgements, the topic of intercurrent statute of limitations and its application was brought up. Problems arising from the concentration of cases before a single Court were addressed, such as structural ones, resulting from the lack of servers; procedural (process), given the application of Law 28 of Law 6830/80; and procedural, given the uneven phases of concentrated processes. The study focused on classifying acts of assembly and concentration of processes, in order to differentiate them from the centralization of procedural acts, in their rationalization and unification. It was demonstrated that the centralization of procedural acts, resulting from the episodic assembly, is more advisable than the concentration of enforcement of judgments processes, already tried without success. There was talk of, in light of the principle of collaboration, concerted and centralized procedural acts in the enforcement of judgments process and in the knowledge process and the necessary convergence between procedural law, information technology and judicial administration. The study raised questions arising from the standardization of the Auxiliary Court in enforcement of judjements by the General Inspectorate of Labor Justice. In the end, the study brought out the main projects of the Auxiliary Court in Enforcement of Judgements of the Regional Labor Court of the 2nd Region.ptJuízo auxiliar em execuçãoExecução trabalhistaDireito do trabalho
