It is based on the understanding that judicial work extends beyond a merely functional dimension, encompassing physical, psychological, and institutional repercussions that directly affect the quality of judicial services and the very effectiveness of the Democratic Rule of Law. The study aims to examine to what extent this resolution can be considered an effective normative instrument for promoting healthy working conditions within Brazilian courts of justice. To this end, it analyzes the constitutional foundations related to human dignity, the valorization of labor, and administrative efficiency; it investigates the structure and content of Resolution No. 207/2015 as a public policy for institutional health within the Judiciary; and it assesses its scope and limitations in light of the concrete conditions of work organization in the courts. Methodologically, the research adopts a qualitative approach, based on bibliographic and documentary sources, structured through a deductive method. The analytical path moves from the constitutional economic order to the infraconstitutional normativity of Resolution No. 207/2015, engaging with theoretical references from constitutional law, public administration, and occupational health policies. The investigation also incorporates institutional data and specialized literature, focusing on a broadened understanding of labor dynamics within the Judiciary. The findings indicate that Resolution No. 207/2015 constitutes a relevant and compatible normative instrument for the promotion of healthier working environments, as it recognizes illness as a structural rather than merely individual phenomenon. However, its effectiveness is constrained by organizational practices marked by productivist logics, intensified performance targets, and the persistence of institutional cultures resistant to the centrality of health. It is concluded that the full realization of the right to health within the Judiciary requires the articulation between administrative efficiency and the preservation of workers’ physical and psychological integrity, constituting an ongoing ethical and constitutional commitment.ptSaúde laboralResolução 207/2015Promoção da saúdePolítica pública de saúdeAmbiente de trabalho saudável como pilar da ordem econômica constitucional: um estudo sobre a efetividade da Resolução 207/2015 do CNJ no Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás
