To reach, a qualitative study of exploratory grounded developed in the in-depth interview with the method of content analysis. In theoretical procedures, addressed to important issues in the current context of the administrator training, such as a general demarcation of the administration of education in Brazil, the context of junior companies and entrepreneurship. The interviews, it was found that junior companies provide a great advantage in administrator training. There has been some exposed skills both by scholars as the professionals interviewed, among them are: the ability to lead, to motivate, to make decisions, negotiating, communication, behavior change, attitude, proactivity, shift in thinking about the theories, development of the entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, creativity and especially pragmatism administrator profession.
