The study examines the perceived repercussions of the CNJ Quality Award on the organizational environment, taking the judicial district of Goiânia, linked to the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO), as its empirical setting, within an institutional context repeatedly recognized by the National Council of Justice with the Diamond Seal. The study is based on the understanding that, although institutional mechanisms of evaluation and recognition have been widely examined from the perspective of formal performance indicators, there remains a relevant gap in the understanding of their effects on internal organizational dynamics and on employees’ perceptions. In this context, the general objective is to examine, from both theoretical and empirical perspectives, how the CNJ Quality Award relates to the organizational climate of the judicial district of Goiânia, considering dimensions such as interaction and cooperation, participation, organizational clarity, professional engagement, and performance. The scientific and institutional relevance of the investigation lies in its contribution to broadening the debate on the interfaces among public governance, organizational behavior, and institutional recognition policies, shifting the analytical focus from exclusively quantitative metrics to perceptual dimensions of the work environment. From a methodological standpoint, this is an applied, quantitative study with descriptive and exploratory characteristics. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire based on the Public Service Organizational Climate Perception Scale (EPCOSP), adapted to the research context, using a five-point Likert scale. The sample consisted of 147 employees from the judicial district of Goiânia, selected through convenience sampling. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, including relative frequency distributions and Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient, and were organized with the aid of Microsoft Excel software. The findings suggest that, in general terms and not uniformly across the analyzed dimensions, the CNJ Quality Award maintains a relevant perceptual association with the institutional environment, especially regarding the strengthening of institutional alignment, the improvement of perceived performance, and the increase in functional engagement. The results also indicate tensions associated with increasing performance demands, suggesting ambivalent effects within the organizational context. It is concluded that performance-oriented governance mechanisms may have repercussions beyond formal institutional indicators, reaching subjective dimensions of the work environment, an aspect that proves relevant for improving management policies within the Judiciary.ptAdministração públicaClima organizacionalGovernança judiciáriaDesempenho institucionalRepercussões do Prêmio CNJ de Qualidade no clima organizacional : um estudo aplicado na comarca de Goiânia
