A política de valorização dos servidores como estratégia para otimização dos resultados na prestação jurisdicional do TJGO. The present study was developed in three articles. The first two aim to select and analyze the literature on the policy of valuing public servants and jurisdictional delivery. The analysis carried out in this work is exploratory, descriptive and quantitative, based on bibliometric analysis techniques and tools of documents stored in the Science Direct, Scielo and Capes bibliographic databases. The method adopted was quantitative exploratory research. Data evaluation was carried out in two main phases: a descriptive perspective and a confirmatory analysis. Firstly, descriptive statistics were used to summarize and characterize the data collected. Thus, the variables used in data collection for the Justice in Numbers Report were: New and Downloaded Cases, Decided and Dispatched Cases, Number of Servants and Magistrates and Human Resources Expense (including benefits) in recent years. It was essential to verify the normality of the data, especially considering the small size of the samples used. The results of the study showed that the examination of the progression of investments and judicial results of the TJGO between 2020 and 2023 revealed greater efficiency in operations, even in the face of the obstacles faced during this interval. The significant growth in the number of employees and judges was supported by more efficient management of human resources and benefits-related expenses, leading to a considerable decrease in costs per employee, especially between 2020 and 2022. From a procedural perspective, the TJGO demonstrated significant advances. Between 2020 and 2023, there was an increase in the number of new cases, while the reduction in completed cases increased in the same period, indicating a constant improvement in the ability to resolve cases. However, management effectiveness requires consideration. In 2023, there was a small decrease in the number of orders per civil servant and judge, despite the growth in the total number of decisions. This may suggest that the TJGO is giving preference to sentences that close the process rather than acts that promote mere progress. This transformation, despite bringing benefits at certain points, requireptTJGOPolítica de valorizaçãoEstratégia de otimizaçãoAdministração eficienteA política de valorização dos servidores como estratégia para otimização dos resultados na prestação jurisdicional do TJGO
