Do processo judicial físico ao processo judicial digital e seus impactos na prestação jurisdicional no fórum criminal de Goiânia. Goiânia (GO), 2024. 96 f. Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Desenvolvimento Regional) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2024.http://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/396The transition from physical to digital judicial processes represents a substantial change in how justice is administered and accessed, presenting challenges and opportunities that demand thorough and systematic analysis. Legal research is crucial in this scenario, as it critically and scientifically examines the impacts of this transition, using specific methods to understand the complex interaction between the legal system and evolving society. Thus, this research focuses on the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJ-GO), particularly in the Criminal Forum, to investigate how the digital process affects judicial services and the staff. The study examines the impacts of the digital process on judicial services, with an emphasis on the Criminal Forum of the Goiânia District, addressing issues about cultural and behavioral changes among staff, benefits to quality of life, and impacts on procedural speed. The general objective of the research is to investigate the impacts caused by the implementation of the electronic process in TJ-GO, considering the management model, organizational changes, professional adherence, and the growth of demand/effectiveness of the Criminal Forum of the Goiânia District in the context of Regional Development. The specific objectives include analyzing the collection of physical and digital processes in the Criminal Forum; critically analyzing the post-digitalization reality of judicial processes; and verifying the transition and adaptation of the staff to this change. The research adopts an interdisciplinary approach, considering economic, political, ethical, and ideological relations in shaping legal reality. The study follows a socio-legal theoretical-methodological approach, with an inductive stance and uses qualitative methods to understand social relations. Data is collected through bibliographic survey, participatory research, observation, and interviews, analyzing the impact of the digital transition on the judicial system. The data collected reflect a positive view both on the health of the staff and the system users, reinforcing the importance of continuing to refine and adapt the digital process to meet the needs of all stakeholders and contribute to the achievement of global sustainable development goals. Furthermore, improvements in the health and well-being of staff, resulting from the digitization of judicial processes, enhance the operational efficacy of TJ- GO, directly contributing to the strengthening of legal structures and regional economic development. By providing a healthier and more efficient work environment for the staff, the transition to digital judicial processes in TJ-GO not only optimizes service delivery but also boosts growth and socioeconomic sustainability in the Goiás region.ptProcesso Judicial DigitalAgenda 2030 da ONUDigitalização CriminalDo processo judicial físico ao processo judicial digital e seus impactos na prestação jurisdicional no fórum criminal de Goiânia
