Goiânia (GO), 2025. 76 f Dissertação (Mestrado em Desenvolvimento Regional) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2025.http://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/581The study addresses the complexity of judicial orders issued by the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO), whose technical language and unfriendly structure hinder understanding by recipients, often laypersons in legal matters. This barrier may compromise the enforcement of judicial commands, reducing the effectiveness of the document. Accordingly, the research aimed to develop a simplified civil judicial order model for TJGO, employing legal design techniques and incorporating accessibility resources. The proposal seeks to facilitate the understanding of judicial orders by the addressees, encouraging compliance and promoting regional development by expanding access to justice. To this end, the study cataloged relevant literature on legal design, aligning it with the national goals established by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) for integrating the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations (UN) into the judiciary. In the context of regional development, the research emphasized the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) of the 2030 Agenda. This exploratory, multidisciplinary, and qualitative study was structured based on the principles of action research. The methodology included bibliographic research for the literature on legal design and access to justice, combined with an empirical foundation in documentary research of primary sources, such as legal norms and judicial orders already simplified by other Brazilian courts. The temporal and spatial scope covered the period from 2020 to 2024, focusing on civil judicial orders issued by TJGO. As a result, predominantly guided by the inductive method, the structure of a new model for civil judicial order was proposed, along with guidelines for its drafting. The proposal was submitted to TJGO through an internal administrative process, representing a theoretical and practical contribution to promoting access to justice and regional development.ptMandado judicialAgenda 2030TJGOLegal designSimplificação do mandado judicial, por meio do legal design, a fim de ampliar a acessibilidade do jurisdicionado
