Within the Judiciary, the mandatory nature of SLPs was established by CNJ Resolution No. 201/2015 and updated by subsequent regulations, aiming at integrating sustainability into administrative routines. However, the mere formalization of these plans does not guarantee their effectiveness, especially given the organizational complexity of State Courts of Justice, characterized by bureaucratic structures and multiple institutional actors. In this context, the research starts from the following question: how do State Courts of Justice structure and operationalize interorganizational collaboration strategies in their Sustainable Logistics Plans, in light of Network Governance mechanisms? The overall objective is to analyze how State Courts of Justice structure interorganizational collaboration strategies in their Sustainable Logistics Plans (SLPs), based on the perspective of Network Governance Mechanisms. The study is theoretically grounded in the perspective of Network Governance to interpret the SLPs as collaborative devices whose effectiveness depends on the articulation between different sectors and decision-making levels. A qualitative methodology was adopted, with bibliographic research and document analysis of the SLPs of Courts of Justice in the Central-West Region. The data are analyzed using categorical content analysis techniques. As a technical-scientific product, the study constructs an evaluative checklist of interorganizational collaboration strategies in the SLPs.
