Camillis, Patrícia Kinast de2025-04-302025-04-302024http://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/610The purpose of this work was to seek Knowledge Management (KM) strategies, understand how this process occurs at the Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de Goiás (FAPEG), and propose guidelines for the implementation of knowledge management, with the aim of improve your procedures. The research was carried out using a mixed methods approach, since data collection involved quantitative and qualitative approaches. According to its purpose, this research is of an applied nature. Referring to the approach to the problem and the objectives, the research is configured as a unique Case Study of a descriptive nature. The model chosen to carry out the analysis of the Institution's Knowledge Management processes was the one proposed by Batista (2012) as it is a holistic model, focused on results and specific to Brazilian public administration. Before starting data collection, two Workshops on Knowledge Management were held for all FAPEG employees, then a questionnaire was applied to measure the degree of maturity of KM in the institution to the 73 permanent and extra-staff employees who work at FAPEG. , where 72 employees participated. The first part of the questionnaire applied consisted of the “Instrument for KM assessment” proposed by Batista (2012), the second part consisted of questions to characterize the profile of the participants and the third part consisted of optional open questions to evaluate experience and knowledge about of the participants, as well as checking their opinion regarding the implementation of GC at FAPEG. Subsequently, to deepen some questions raised in the questionnaire, semi-structured interviews were carried out with 12 FAPEG employees, representatives of the Presidency, Directors and Management. Documentary research was also carried out, with the purpose of identifying and analyzing the state legislation relevant to the proposed topic. Finally, the data collected in the questionnaire, interviews and documentary research was triangulated. In relation to the results, it was found that there were some isolated KM practices carried out informally, a conducive and motivating environment for learning and innovation, however, several weaknesses were also identified. Given the score obtained in each of the GC criteria, it was possible to identify that FAPEG is at the ¨Refinement¨ maturity level, that is, the average obtained through the score identified in the questionnaire demonstrates that the institution's employees understand that FAPEG carries out actions related to Knowledge Management and carries out continuous improvement. Through the statements collected in the interviews, positive points and opportunities for improvement linked to the Critical GC Success Factors assessed were identified. Furthermore, the data allowed the elaboration of the proposed guidelines for the implementation of Knowledge Management at FAPEG.Gestão do conhecimentoConhecimento organizacionalAgência Pública de FomentoA gestão do conhecimento em uma agência pública de fomento: nível de maturidade e proposta de diretrizes
