Integração da inteligência artificial no desenvolvimento regional sustentável: um estudo a partir da experiência do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás (TJGO) com a expansão do acesso à justiça. Goiânia (GO), 2025. 79 f Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Desenvolvimento Regional) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2025 - ( Dissertação )http://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/565This study investigates the integration of Artificial Intelligence - AI in Sustainable Regional Development - SRD, to expand access to justice, focusing on the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás - TJGO, according to Sustainable Development Goal - SDG 16, of the 2030 Agenda, of the United Nations - UN. The guiding question is: How is Artificial Intelligence being used to integrate strategies to expand access to justice? What is its potential to align the judicial system with sustainability goals? The general objective is to investigate the integration and reflection of AI in SRD as a policy to expand access to justice based on the experience of TJGO. The specific objectives include: (1) discussing the relationship between sustainability, SRD and AI; (2) investigating the implementation of AI in Brazilian courts, with an emphasis on the CNJ guidelines, and analyzing the case of TJGO; (3) evaluating the evolution and impact of AI regulations in the Brazilian Judiciary, focusing on TJGO; (4) to analyze the effective uses of AI in the context of TJGO and other Brazilian courts. The methodology used includes qualitative and quantitative analyses, using primary data from TJGO and the National Council of Justice - CNJ, complemented by a systematic review of the literature on AI, DRS and access to justice. The results indicate that AI plays a fundamental role in the modernization of the judicial system, especially in the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO), promoting greater procedural efficiency and access to justice. The study found that, with the implementation of the BERNA system, TJGO was able to significantly reduce the time for processing and analyzing cases, which positively impacted case management and the standardization of judicial decisions. We observed that the system has a high accuracy in identifying and categorizing similar demands, reaching an assertiveness rate of 96%, which contributes to avoiding duplication of efforts and to a more coordinated treatment of lawsuits. Furthermore, the research showed that integrating AI into case management systems, such as Projudi and PJD, facilitated the flow of information and allowed for more agile processing of cases, directly reflecting the alignment with UN SDG 16, which aims to strengthen justice institutions. The TJGO analysis demonstrated that AI optimizes human and financial resources and enhances sustainable regional development by making justice more accessible, especially for civil society. Thus, the research concludes that AI, when used in accordance with ethical and sustainable principles, represents a promising model for the modernization of Brazilian courts, contributing to the construction of a more efficient and inclusive judicial system.ptInteligência artificialAcesso à JustiçaAgenda 2030Integração da inteligência artificial no desenvolvimento regional sustentável: um estudo a partir da experiência do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás (TJGO) com a expansão do acesso à justiça
