The central problem investigates to what extent this theory can contribute to a more democratic and effective interpretation of the constitutional economic order, overcoming the limitations of traditional hermeneutical methods. The methodology employed is qualitative, of a theoretical dogmatic nature, using bibliographical research, jurisprudential analysis, and comparative method among the interpretivist, non-interpretivist, and concretizing currents. The research starts from the hypothesis that traditional methods present significant limitations for interpreting complex economic constitutional norms, and that the democratization of the interpretive process, allowing the participation of multiple social actors - entrepreneurs, workers, civil society - can contribute to greater effectiveness of the economic constitution. The study examines how different groups can participate in the interpretation of norms that directly affect them, analyzing practical experiences and jurisprudence of the Federal Supreme Court. The conclusion indicates that a more open and participatory constitutional hermeneutics can strengthen the realization of constitutional objectives of national development, social justice, and reduction of inequalities, as established in article 3 of the Federal Constitution of 1988.ptConstituição econômicaDemocratização interpretivaHermenêutica constituiconal
