Are evaluated Topics related to the way in which conflicts were resolved in remote times , up until the moment when advances were made in the organization of the State as a dispute solver. Therefore, a brief analysis is made of how society resolved disputes without the presence of the State, times when the will of the strongest was imposed. Subsequently, with the organization of society, the way of managing conflicts was improved, from the creation of the State and, in the case of this dissertation, the State-Judge, when conflict resolution began to be imposed in another way, until the implementation of contemporary means of pacification. The search for other ways that leads to justice is what currently moves society. And Multidoor Justice is an entrance that will never be closed, as the desire, with regard to a conflict, is to provide solutions effectively. The perspective is to bring experience in conflict solutions, in the international field, in which countries adopt a different perspective on how to manage less serious conflicts, influenced some Brazilian Police, which already operate in this pacifying bias and these realities will be exposed as references for the Civil Police Station of the State of Amazonas. The results of the dejudicialization processes that occurred in other areas of Law are discussed, for example, in the Amazonian state public farm in which a public servant has a right not met by the State-Administration, a situation in which mediation techniques are used, generating an agreement with mutual concessions.
