The purpose, or objective, is to analyze the challenges for the regularization of allotments in Águas Lindas de Goiás-GO. As specific objectives: to raise and quantify unregistered urban properties, to raise grounds for which urban properties are not registered, to generate subsidies to increase real estate records. The regularization of allotments is not confused with urban land regularization, although both have the common function of overcoming bureaucratic obstacles to enable the registration of real estate on behalf of its owner. As a methodology, bibliographical research (legislation and fundamental works of law), documentary (collection of Águas Lindas de Goiás - GO) and field records (176 questionnaires filled with data obtained from nine neighborhoods) were used. As a result, we obtained a more accurate view of how many unregistered properties and the reasons why these properties were not registered.
