It will be observed that because of the gigantism of the Judiciary, there is a great dissatisfaction with the duration of processes and the quality of judicial decisions, so that it is necessary to seek new ideas for the judicial provision, since the changes implemented over time, and 03 (three) federalized civil procedure codes, were not able to efficiently neutralize the problem of popular dissatisfaction with the jurisdictional provision. To this end, it will be suggested the adoption of a graduation model of access to justice, based on existing practical premises, especially the procedural interest of action, and the duty to renegotiate, as ways to stimulate consensual and extrajudicial means of conflict resolution, so that the Judiciary has an optimized function, with fewer incoming demands, and better practical results in its decisions.ptAcesso à justiçaModernidade LíquidaInteresse de agirRenegociação
