It is a fact that the rural exodus was also established due to the replacement of human labor by the mechanization of the countryside. Thus, what complements people's interests for large cities are industries and services, which need cheap and often unskilled labor. In this way, the industrialization process is directly correlated with the urbanization of cities. Therefore, we propose in our work to explain this process of migration from the countryside to the cities and highlight the process and the need for Urban Planning in the cities of Goiás, especially in the main cities in Goiás that have industrial hubs. To be able to analyze the process of development and growth of these poles; and the influence that these poles have for the State of Goiás. With the application of the QL (Local Quotient), which consists in understanding the economic development of a region. In addition, we use data extracted from renowned institutes, such as: SEGPLAN, IMB, IBGE, RAIS, among others, to better understand these planning regions.
