Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Administração) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2026.http://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/789The implementation of teleworking, intensified during the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighted advantages and challenges, especially in public administration. This study analyzes the elements of technostress perceived by employees of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO), and the research problem proposes the following question: How do public servants in telework perceive the elements of technostress and its impact on the quality of life at work during the telework regime? The relevance of the investigation lies in the fact that technostress has proven to be an emerging phenomenon in new forms of work organization, marked by factors such as techno-overload, techno-insecurity, techno-invasion, techno complexity, and techno-uncertainty, which negatively impact the well-being of employees. The overall objective is to analyze how public servants working remotely at the TJGO (Court of Justice of Goiás) perceive the elements of technostress and its impact on quality of life at work. The study aims to contribute to the formulation of public policies for human resource management, oriented towards promoting well-being and quality of life at work (QWL), especially in digital environments. This is a qualitative, descriptive study, with data collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis by Braun and Clarke (2006). The results indicate that remote work is perceived ambivalently by employees, as it favors autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance but also contributes to the intensification of demands mediated by digital technologies, causing information overload and difficulties in disconnecting from work. These factors impact quality of life by causing cognitive and emotional strain, even though employees adopt individual coping strategies, such as time management, prioritization, and notification control. As a practical contribution, the study offers insights for public management by indicating the need to strengthen institutional policies focused on quality of life in telework, including improvements in technological infrastructure, continuous training, definition of working hours limits, and incentives for organizational practices that promote a balance between productivity and well-being, thus contributing to the improvement of telework management in the public sectorptTeletrabalhoTecnoestresseServidores públicosQualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT)Teletrabalho e tecnoestresse : os desafios enfrentados por servidores da justiça estadual de Goiás
