In the same sense, the causes of the spontaneous non-implementation of these rights are researched, with references to the crisis of legislative representation In addition, some court decisions of social relevance are evaluated in parallel with the reality of vulnerability of the LGBTQIAP+ population. A specific study was carried out on the achievement of these rights in Brazil, proving that the role of the Judiciary was and is fundamental to guarantee access to minimum rights, such as simple existence. Subsequently, a focuson the State of Amazonas was made, with the description of its specificities and historical evolution, confronting the reality of the capital with that of the interior. Difficulties in accessing justice are exacerbated by the proven invisibility of the violence suffered, both in the capital and in the countryside. Especially with the identification of homotransphobia cases without state response in the Parintins district. The method used, in addition to the theoretical framework, was the collection of documentation from nongovernmental organizations, research of requests for assistance, as well as news clipping and jurisprudential study. The results prove that the LGBTQIAP+ population exists and has always existed, the violence practiced against it is purposely ignored by the State, often being part of a political-ideological project to the detriment of society.ptPopulação LGBTQIAP+HomotransfobiaViolênciaAmazonas
