The study recognizes that educational organizations with lean administrative structures frequently face information fragmentation, difficulties in prioritizing temporary projects alongside continuous processes, and the absence of structured mechanisms to ensure traceability between strategic planning and operational execution. Methodologically, it is characterized as applied research, predominantly qualitative with support of descriptive statistics, conducted through a single case study grounded in Design Science Research (DSR), in which the artifact was built, instantiated, and iteratively refined. The evaluation combined (i) effective system use by the institution's staff and (ii) assessment by external evaluators from other higher education institutions, through a structured questionnaire (five-point Likert scale; Cronbach's α = 0.949), complemented by objective usage records generated by the system itself. The framework integrates Scrum, BPM, and visual management layers, articulated by the original concept of Tipo de Origem (Origin Type), which ensures traceability between strategic decisions and operational execution, structured around nine constructs — Routine, Scenario, Action, Task, Meeting, Note, Project, Planning, and Objective (Macro and Micro). The evaluation yielded a globally favourable perception (mean 4.28/5; 91% agreement), convergent across internal respondents (4.31) and external evaluators (4.25) from n=31 participants (16 internal, 15 external), evidencing transferability across institution sizes. Usage records (January 2024 – March 2026) demonstrate effective model operation: 9,783 tasks registered (6,102 completed; 95.7% completion rate among tasks reaching an outcome), approximately 52,000 hours logged (tasks and routines combined), and 99.0% of tasks carrying an identifiable strategic origin, confirming that the strategy-to-execution traceability mechanism operated in practice.ptGestão da produtividadeInstituições de ensino superiorFramework de gestãoBusiness Process Management (BPM)
