The objective is to assess the extent to which these principles are disclosure and reported in official documents, identifying possible disparities among federative units. To achieve this, a mixed-method approach (qualitative and quantitative) was adopted, based on the documental analysis of reports published by various State Comptroller's Offices. The study employed keyword searches and contextual analysis, in addition to a quantification of principle occurrences, to identify patterns and inconsistencies in governance disclosure. The results indicate that, while transparency and integrity are widely evidenced, equity and sustainability remain underrepresented.
