Clima organizacional no poder judiciário: percepção dos integrantes do setor processual em 2ª instância do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás diante das metas do CNJ. Goiânia (GO), 2025. 65 f. Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Administração) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2025.http://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/796The Brazilian Judiciary has undergone, in recent decades, intense organizational transformations arising from the institutionalization of productivity targets by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and the progressive implementation of artificial intelligence tools. Although these changes aim at modernizing and expediting the delivery of judicial services, their impacts on organizational climate and employees' well-being remain insufficiently investigated, particularly in the context of appellate courts, a gap this research sought to address. The general objective was to investigate the perceptions of court staff assigned to the offices of Appellate Judges of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás regarding organizational climate, considering CNJ productivity targets and the implementation of artificial intelligence. Grounded in the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) Model, the study adopted a quantitative survey design, collecting data through a structured questionnaire administered to 55 clerks and judicial assistants (n = 17 and n = 38, respectively). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Welch's t-test, ANOVA with post-hoc comparisons, Pearson correlations, and multiple linear regression. The instrument showed satisfactory internal consistency across all 16 dimensions (α ≥ 0.70) and the results reveal high work demands in both groups, particularly work overload, task complexity, and pressure from CNJ targets. Organizational resources are perceived at moderate levels, with participation in decision-making processes being the least available resource among assistants (M = 2.75) and the only independent significant predictor of job satisfaction (β = +0.272; p = 0.045), as well as the main predictor of work engagement (β = +0.356; p = 0.018). Emotional exhaustion exceeds the scale midpoint in both groups, with emotional demands as its primary antecedent (β = +0.602; R² = 0.690). Technological demands, although not perceived as the main source of pressure at the descriptive level, were significant predictors of exhaustion (β = +0.378; p = 0.003), evidencing a subclinical impact of technological adaptation on well-being. The findings confirm the simultaneous operation of the depletion and motivational processes predicted by the JD-R model, identifying participation, feedback, and development opportunities as the main intervention levers for improving organizational climate in TJGO judicial chambers.ptPoder judiciárioClima organizacionalModelo JD-RBem-estar no trabalhoClima organizacional no poder judiciário : percepção dos integrantes do setor processual em 2ª instância do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás diante das metas do CNJ
