Remembering that the information society is the center of the transformations that have occurred in recent decades. Through technology, the values were re-meant, the work gained new form and the judiciary had to reinvent itself to satisfy the expectations of the information society. One of the important roles of the era of virtualization, was the diffusion of communication tools, access, resources all of them caused a massification of technologies that there can be done not in only one technology in the units of the Judiciary, but of multiple technologies adopted depending on society. Thus, the confrontations permeate the history of the implementation and implementation of technological tools in order to ensure the citizen's right of access to all judicial acts. The research has the mission of analyzing the leveling goals launched by the National Council of Justice in 2009, such goals, is limited to verifying whether the organs of the Judiciary are computerized and interconnected to the worldwide internet network, as well as verify the automation and distribution of all processes and resources through digital means. In this sense, it presents statistical data extracted from the Justice in Numbers Report. In view of this, it makes a brief reflection of the pandemic context as the main indirect actor in the adoption of sophisticated tools based on artificial intelligence.
