A atuação do poder judiciário goiano no cumprimento de metas do desenvolvimento sustentável: uma análise sob a perspectiva da agenda 2030. Goiânia (GO), 2026. 98 f. Dissertação (Mestrado Profissional em Desenvolvimento Regional) - Centro Universitário Alves Faria, 2025.http://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/764This dissertation analyzed the performance of the Judiciary of the State of Goiás in meeting the goals established by the National Council of Justice (CNJ), with emphasis on Goal 9 and Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16 of the United Nations (UN) 2030 Agenda. SDG 16 – “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions” – guided the investigation into the strengthening of inclusive, accountable, and transparent institutions, serving as a reference for the evaluation of practices adopted by the Court of Justice of Goiás (TJGO). In terms of specific objectives, the study sought to identify the institutional goals of the TJGO linked to the SDGs of the 2030 Agenda; to map the performance of the Judiciary of Goiás in fulfilling the goals established by the CNJ between 2020 and 2025; and to analyze the administrative management instruments used to optimize resources and improve judicial services provided to society, supporting the discussion of public policies that encourage compliance with sustainable development goals. The research was conducted through documentary, statistical, and bibliographic analysis, complemented by an interview with a TJGO manager. The analysis focused on secondary data and institutional indicators, with intertemporal comparison between 2020 and 2025, covering social, environmental, and administrative aspects. The results demonstrated that the Court of Justice of Goiás (TJGO) incorporated the guidelines of the 2030 Agenda into its strategic planning through actions aimed at procedural efficiency, such as reducing the average processing time and the congestion rate; institutional strengthening, with the expansion of the Judicial Centers for Conflict Resolution and Citizenship (CEJUSCs); and the protection of fundamental rights, by prioritizing environmental claims and cases of violence against women. The creation of the Laboratory of Innovation, Intelligence, and Sustainable Development Goals (LIODS) also stands out, as it consolidated collaborative and innovative practices. Furthermore, according to the interview conducted with a TJGO manager, emphasis was placed on the importance of administrative innovation, the enhancement of transparency, and the adoption of performance indicators as management tools. These efforts resulted in advances in social pacification, in strengthening society’s trust in the Judiciary, and in administrative modernization. It was therefore concluded that the TJGO’s performance was not limited to the fulfillment of administrative goals, but reaffirmed its role as an agent of institutional and social transformation, demonstrating that a justice system guided by values of inclusion and sustainability contributes significantly to development and to the consolidation of effective institutions, in line with SDG 16 of the 2030 Agenda.ptModernização administrativaAgenda 2030Desenvolvimento sustentávelPolíticas InstitucionaisA atuação do poder judiciário goiano no cumprimento de metas do desenvolvimento sustentável : uma análise sob a perspectiva da agenda 2030
