Goiânia (GO), 2015.http://repositorio.unialfa.com.br/handle/123456789/279This dissertation aimed to identify the perception of the administrative pro-rectors of the Technological Federal Institutes about the applicability of administrative principles of Legality, Impersonality, Morality, Publicity and Efficiency, LIMPE, in public purchases process that happens in their respective Federal Institutes, trough the Adherence to the Price Registration Act (ARP) in bidding processes that they doesn’t participate in the origin. Investigate the perceptual of adhesions that are realized to own bidding processes of each Federal Institute, collecting the main advantages and disadvantages under the view of the Administrative Pro-rectors, as well measured the principal factors that influence the Federal Institutes to perform adhesions to ARP instead realize their own biddings. Verified, equally, if adhesions that were request are in consonance with is instructed in the administrative principles, based on LIMPE.
