The study is based on the premise that the right to health, guaranteed by the 1988 Brazilian Constitution, faces significant challenges due to unplanned urbanization, inadequate infrastructure, and ineffective public policies. With 71.5% of the Brazilian population relying exclusively on public health services, Goiânia faces an additional burden from the influx of patients from other regions. The research aims to understand how advanced technologies such as telemedicine, remote monitoring systems, data management platforms, and mobile applications can optimize healthcare delivery and reduce judicialization, thereby easing the pressure on both the healthcare and judicial systems. The integration of these technologies is intended to provide more agile and personalized care, improving citizens' quality of life. The dissertation is structured into five main. The results obtained from carrying out this work proved that the years 2019 to 2023 were responsible for a greater number of insertions of technology and innovation, due to the requirement of social isolation and the need for healthcare services. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of technology in public health services in the city of Goiânia has had positive results, this does not mean that there is not much to be done.ptDireito à saúde públicaConstituição Econômica BrasileiraUso da tecnologia e inovaçãoGoiâniaO direito à saúde pública e uso da tecnologia em uma abordagem das cidades inteligentes : o caso de Goiânia
