It approaches in general the Job Satisfaction of administrative assistants of the public service, with interdisciplinary theoretical basis in areas of business administration, psychology, organizations, public service and documental fonts, including theories and similar concepts. This analysis have its orientation through five most principal dimensions of Job Satisfaction, that is satisfaction with coworkers, management, salary, rise of the position and with work itself, these dimensions is part of the multidimensional vision. As a methodological option, after bibliographical and documentary lifting, this work uses a case study involving the administrative assistants of IF Goiano, using as instrument of measure the Job Satisfaction Scale. As results, were identify the highest level of scale to the dimensions of “coworkers” and “management”; the lower levels checked indicates dissatisfaction and indifference about the dimensions “salary” and “work”, with a few variation of results when compared with the Baby Boomer, X and Y generations, that classified the subjects of this research.ptSatisfação no trabalhoAssistente em AdministraçãoIF goiano
